[Remote] Senior Brand Designer (US)

Draftwise is seeking an experiencedSenior Brand Designer to champion and evolve their brand guidelines while creating engaging digital and social content. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and elevate the company's visual identity across all customer touchpoints. Responsibilities• Create motion design content for social media and marketing campaigns, including product demos and promotional videos• Champion and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels while elevating our visual language as the company grows• Design engaging social media graphics, animations, and short-form videos optimized for platform performance and audience engagement• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate product features into compelling visual stories and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the quality of our platform.Collateral, one-pagers, and e-books• Own ongoing website improvements in Webflow, from landing pages to micro-interactions, maintaining design quality and site performance• Design compelling exhibition graphics, booth displays, and event collateral that create impactful physical brand experiencesSkills• 5-7 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative role (agency or in-house)• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, social content, web design, and brand systems• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)• Motion design, video editing, and post-production capabilities for social media content• Deep understanding of brand identity systems, responsive design principles, and design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition)• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and making confident design decisions• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale to stakeholders• Experience designing and building in Webflow, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, animation principles, and micro-interactions• Understanding of design for print and large-format graphics• Interest or experience in the legal industry, B2B SaaS, or fast-paced startup environmentsBenefits• Flexible remote work• Equity plan• Private medical care• New laptop and a work-from-home stipend for necessary accessories• 401k, FSA, HSA• Generous PTO / sick leave• Opportunity to lead our company as we disrupt the legal worldCompany Overview• DraftWise provides an AI-powered contract and negotiation platform that assists law firms in procuring quality contracts.It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
