Research Attorney
Job Description:• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of case-related matters• Draft, review, and revise critical legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and court briefs• Provide real-time litigation support to the lead attorney during court appearances, pivoting quickly to address emerging needs• Participate in daily morning stand-up meetings to align on priorities and case developments• Provide critical research and litigation support in a fast-paced environment of active court proceedings• Work closely with experienced attorneys on impactful casesRequirements:• A law degree (J.D.or equivalent) or extensive experience as a high-level paralegal• Demonstrable experience in legal research, writing, and drafting within the US legal system• Proven background in providing co-counsel support and litigation assistance• Familiarity with US court procedures and legal documentation standards• Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities• Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a high-pressure environment• Flexible and adaptable mindset, capable of shifting priorities seamlessly• Interest in developing a trauma-informed approach (training will be provided)• Resilience and capacity to handle dramatic or high-stakes situationsBenefits:• 100% remote full-time position• Opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on impactful cases• Dynamic and supportive work environment that values professional growth• Training provided on trauma-informed approach Apply tot his job
