Consumer Litigation Attorney - Remote/Office-Based (Exclusive Search)

We have been retained by an elite plaintiff-side law firm that seeks to hire a well-credentialed mid-level or senior attorney (at least six years of experience) with substantial discovery and complex litigation experience. The role may be remote or based in the firm’s Bay Area offices. Admission to the California bar is not required, as the firm’s matters are federal, and attorneys can obtain pro hac vice admission where necessary. Key Responsibilities· Manage discovery strategy across multiple complex, consumer-related litigation matters· Supervise and mentor junior attorneys on large-scale discovery projects· Lead and participate in meet-and-confer sessions· Take and defend depositions· Draft and respond to document requests and interrogatories· Prepare and argue motions to compel and related discovery motions· Draft discovery-related correspondence and memoranda· Collaborate closely with litigation teams and clients on case strategyWhat the Firm Seeks· Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S.bar jurisdiction· Prior leadership or team management experience· At least 6 years of likely plaintiff-side litigation experience (more than six is also welcomed), including significant discovery management responsibilities· Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills· Experience in taking and defending depositions· Background in complex or consumer class action litigation a plus· Strong academic credentialsWhat the Firm Offers· Base salary: approximately $220,000, depending on experience· Bonus: typically $10,000–$40,000, with potential for more·Comprehensive benefits package· Excellent environment and low attrition— morale at the firm is high, and there is little to no attrition· Location FlexibilityThis is a superb opportunity for a well-credentialed, and experienced litigator seeking greater location flexibility, the opportunity to work on important consumer matters, or a more collegial working environment.Qualified candidates should contact (please include a copy of your resume) Ben Crawford at [email protected] for consideration.
