[Remote] Project Coordinator

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IS3 Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee daily project tasks and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. The role involves creating project plans, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication within the project team, with a strong emphasis on project management methodologies. Responsibilities• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.• Report and escalate to management as needed. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Support technical projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills• Proven working experience in project management. • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.• Experience in waterfall project management; familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools. • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. • Strong working knowledge of bolthires Office. • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. • Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.• Experience in managing technical projects. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Experience in risk management and stakeholder management.
