What We’re Looking For• Certification: Active BCBA certification through BACB. • Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field. • Experience: 1–2+ years working with individuals with ASD or similar populations in clinical, home, or school settings. • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.• Licensure: Licensed in IL or willing to obtain IL licensure.
