Please apply even if you are not in New York * Scope of the JobWe are looking for experienced and result-driven Business Development Coaches to join a 66 year-old, direct sales beauty company. As a Business Development Coach, you will be responsible for aligning the appropriate strategy and actions to transform the current direct selling model into a consumer centric, social selling business model, that drives sales and growth.The Business Development Coach role is to exceed the sales goals in their assigned region of the country by coaching the Independent Consultants in that region. The Coach represents the company in the Field and is the key driver of the implementation of the company strategy. Once we are further along in the consumer centric, social selling model, the Coach will work hand in hand with the Business Development Team setting up, implementing, and managing the overall Independent Consultant digital marketing efforts identifying the channel needs and providing solutions that enhance the Consultant and Client experience, and drive sales, higher profits and Consultant retention.ResponsibilitiesSuccessful Business Development Coaches will work with the Sr. National Sales Director and other departments to develop a long-term strategy ensuring that the vision of the department is aligned with the company’s strategic goals. • Explore and develop new ways of Digital shopping to maximize sales and further expand consultant knowledge in order to drive client business growth. • Responsible for delivering on consultant KPIs (sales, # of orders, recruitment, leader and client growth) and creating action plans to train and grow new leaders, consultants, and clients.• Ensure a flawless transition between traditional business model to the new relationship digital/ social selling business model. • Serve as the corporate representative and liaison to the field. Recognizing achievements, distributing program and product updates, and high-level resolving customer experience issues. • Financial Reporting and full financial responsibility on all equipment, budgets, products and materials provided by the company. • Manage and maximize the effectiveness of the Region’s budget to grow his/her market while operating within the assigned financial limits.• All other duties as assigned. Requirements• Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing a digital transformation in Direct Sales companies as well as a wealth of experience in commercial areas ideally in the beauty industry. • Strong analytical skills with a high understanding of marketing analysis, digital campaigns, and market trends. Ability to analyze problems and strategies to create effective solutions. • Knowledge of social media and how to make them part of the comprehensive strategy to get new customers and improve retention.• Strong business acumen with proven results to impact bottom line through strategic planning and leading of the go-to-market execution. • Understand and have the ability to think conceptually and take concepts from the development phase to execution. • Bachelor's degree in business or sales; Preferred MBA. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales related field. • Prefer three (3) years of experience leading the digital marketing initiatives in a Direct sales/MLM corporate environment. • Availability until 12am PST on the last day of the month to drive sales goes and close the month strong along with the entire business development team• Must be Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking Spanish and English.Skills & Experience• Superb interpersonal skills with 3-5 years of experience coaching independent consultants to grow and drive their own business• A passion for forward thinking digitally transformative sales techniques and behavioral change management for the consultant. • Advanced time management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Superior ability to align multiple brands, ideas, and strategies. • Excellent administration and interpersonal skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor required.• Ability to conduct effective in-person and virtual training sessions/workshops in front of large audiences on a regular basis. • Excellent computer skills, including bolthires Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams), and a strong proficiency in bolthires Excel to monitor and extract data for regional performance. Location & TravelWe are currently looking to fill this position in several locations throughout the US, mostly in coastal states. The assigned Business Development Coach would be responsible for key cities within their region.Expected to travel by car or plane and be out in the field with Consultants frequently (approximately 40-50% of the time). Additional NotesMust be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs. of product materials.
