Metric Geo is seeking a highly skilledSenior Superintendent to lead the delivery of large, complex aviation construction projects across the United States. This role involves ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and execution while managing crews and subcontractors in active airport settings. Responsibilities• Direct and oversee all field construction activities on major airport projects, including terminals, concourses, parking structures, and airside/landside infrastructure.• Lead and coordinate project superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors, and craft workers to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality results. • Maintain rigorous compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, ensuring a zero-incident jobsite culture. • Manage project sequencing and logistics to minimize disruption to live airport operations. • Collaborate closely with project management, preconstruction, and engineering teams to resolve field challenges, improve workflows, and ensure alignment on schedule and budget goals.• Build and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, design teams, and trade partners. • Mentor field leaders and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Represent the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity on every project.
