The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Responsibilities include:Work closely with their Account Team which is made up of Account Managers and Account ExecutivesBA in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent education with minimum 12 months related experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office. Wide Orbit experience a plus.Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must.Flexibility to work overtime during peak sales seasonsAssist in servicing existing and newly developed accounts.Will focus on presale administration and coordination.Generate contracts, correspondence & presentations for the Sales Team.
