Digital Marketing Manager – CRM

Job Title: Digital Marketing CRM Manager Schedule: 4 days in office (Mon–Thurs), 1 remote (Friday) Summary The Digital Marketing CRM Manager leads market research efforts to assess potential sales opportunities across local, regional, and national markets. This role gathers competitive intelligence and develops marketing and distribution strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day CRM communications calendar and execution across Home Appliance categories • Optimize campaign performance through testing, segmentation, and data modeling • Align CRM creative with IMC for consumer-centric messaging and conversion • Partner with corporate marketing to ensure campaign prioritization and governance compliance • Execute CRM campaigns via JIRA with agency partners • Identify process efficiencies and propose innovative solutions • Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors • Develop pricing strategies and evaluate financial aspects of product development • Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff • Use forecasting and strategic planning to ensure profitability Operational Skills • CRM: Strategy, Execution, Best Practices • Analytical: Reporting and Synthesizing Data • Attention to Detail Core Competencies & Skills • Strategic thinking and business acumen • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Planning and organization across multiple campaigns • CRM principles and Adobe Campaign Manager familiarity • JIRA/Confluence and audience management tools • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Tableau experience is a plus Detailed Functions • Set up briefs and manage JIRA tickets for CRM programs • Manage weekly governance council inputs and post-campaign analysis • QA email proofs across devices and provide feedback • Understand product RTBs and model nuances • Develop campaign audiences using proprietary tools • Ensure CRM creative aligns with briefs and test plans • Collaborate with digital, IMC, and PM teams for cohesive messaging • Communicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners • Share updates in bi-weekly digital team meetings Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent training • 8–10 years of related experience #INDPRO Apply tot his job
