What we do: Work with and for children's outcomes through social impact technology. We are deploying a national health system designed to improve outcomes for children. As we move into formal go-to-market activation and prepare for a capital raise before March, we are also undertaking professional executive coaching to strengthen leadership, structure, and delivery discipline. TheRole:We are seeking a Project Manager / Executive Operations Administrator with a strong backbone, exceptional organisation, and uncompromising follow-through.Your role is essential:You will help ensure that the executive team meets its Coaching Objectives, completes agreed deliverables, and maintains real operational traction. The right person cannot be behind us. It about being ahead of the jobs at hand, rather than disorganised and reactive. Being ahead of daily exec team standups, driving the rhythm, not following it. You must:-Turn your high-level goals into structured, daily executable tasks-Run the operational drumbeat-Keep the daily standups on task-Convert coaching objectives into action-Keep the exec team and other team leaders moving with discipline-Anticipate what the exec team need before asked.The RoleYou will:-Drive execution-Keep the leadership team accountable-Ensure alignment with coaching commitments-Maintain discipline across all operational and project work streamsThis is a high-trust, high-impact role of key responsibilities. You will:-Track all Coaching Objectives and ensure the executive team completes deliverables on time-Maintain structured project plans, spreadsheets, and dashboards for our national rollout-Own Google Workspace activities, including administrative discipline for our new company-Manage executive inboxes, draft emails, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups-Own calendar management across multiple executive schedules-Track staff tasks, deadlines, and cross-team dependencies-Prepare summaries, briefs, action logs, and meeting documentation-Support the preparation of our capital raise (data, documents, follow-ups, checklists)-Maintain operational clarity, order, and discipline across all systems-Execute diverse tasks with speed, accuracy, and reliability-Have multi tool exposure such as Clickup, Google, UpWork others (please list)You Must Be:-A disciplined operator who keeps projects, and people, on track-Comfortable holding leaders accountable to commitments and timelines-Structured and detail-obsessed-Excellent with spreadsheets, project plans, and documentation-Clear and direct in communication-Proactive, reliable, and confident-Strong with multi-calendar management and follow-through-Able to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretionPreferred But Not Essential:-Experience supporting founders, executives, or leadership teams-Exposure to professional coaching environments-Health, education, or social-impact sector experience-Capital-raise preparation or data room support-Project certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)What Success Looks Like:-Coaching deliverables are always completed on schedule-Executive accountability is strong, consistent, and predictable-The go-to-market rollout is organised, tracked, and progressing-Documentation is clean, current, and accessible-The team operates with less chaos and more momentum-Nothing slips through the cracks - everTo Apply, Please Provide:-A short introduction outlining your project management and executive support background-Examples of times you’ve kept leaders accountable-Your availability (hours/week).Please inform in Sydney timezone hours. -A sample project plan, spreadsheet, or accountability tracker you’ve managed.
