About UsFast ESA Letter is a licensed mental health & wellness service provider that helps individuals receive emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations through secure telehealth appointments. Our mission is to provide compassionate, ethical, and compliant mental health assessments. Role OverviewWe are seeking licensed Doctors (MD/DO) to conduct brief telehealth evaluations and determine whether patients qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter under federal and state guidelines. This position is fully remote with flexible scheduling.Key Responsibilities• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations via video or phone. • Review patient intake questionnaires and medical/behavioral history. • Document findings and issue recommendations when clinically appropriate. • Maintain accurate electronic notes and compliant patient records. Qualifications• Must hold an active and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state. • Comfortable conducting short telehealth evaluations. • Strong ethics & patient-centered communication. • Prior telemedicine or mental health experience is preferred but not required.Compensation• Per-Patient / Per-Evaluation compensation. • Paid weekly. • Flexible workload — you choose how many evaluations to take.
