Your responsibilities will include:• Project Leadership• Lead multiple project teams to design and execute custom quantitative market research studies across the life sciences product life cycle. • Strategic Insight Delivery• Translate complex business needs into clear, data-backed recommendations through strong problem-solving and communication.• Workstream Coordination• Oversee internal workflows to ensure on-time delivery, team alignment, and excellence in execution. • Ownership and Initiative• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, take initiative, and thrive in an environment that offers autonomy and encourages exceeding expectations. • Business Growth Contribution• Drive client satisfaction by consistently delivering quality work and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement. • Innovation and Internal Impact• Contribute to internal initiatives focused on enhancing service offerings, tools, and organizational efficiency.• Mentorship and Team Development• Support the growth of junior team members through coaching, feedback, and collaboration across geographies.
