As aSenior Data Visualization Specialist, you’ll be responsible for transforming complex data sets into visual representations that help stakeholders easily understand trends and make informed decisions. To excel, you’ll need a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Power BI.Primary Expectations:Develop and maintain data visualization tools and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.Manage reporting requirements, including tracking needs, decisions, and execution.Interface with VA personnel to understand reporting strategies and align on new reports.Evaluate updates to business processes for impacts on reporting logic or new reporting requirements.Provide input on data collection requirements to meet reporting goals.Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent years of experience in place of education).Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query.Experience creating dashboards and reports for high-level leadership.Ability to work efficiently in an Agile environment.
