For NIH Location in Bethesda & ArlingtonPublished Date: July 07, 2023Full Time & Contract Positions (Few Positions can be Remote)Job Code PC-PSProject Coordinator/Problem Solver :• Serves as the Project Coordinator, Problem Solver, Leading Group Discussions, Scheduler for IT and Application Development projects. • Customer stakeholder management and resource team management. • Build strong relationships with the stakeholders. • Monthly or Weekly Reports and Progress reports on recommendations and implementation.• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes. • Organizes, manages, and drives completion of project delivery tasks, assuring proper application of project management standards, tools and methodologies and deliverables. • Agile Events / Ceremonies - effectively manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies to support development and product releases. • Retrospective - Identify pain points for Agile squad and bring in fresh practical ideas. • Ensure scope management while timely meeting solution and schedule delivery.• Run and motivate multiple Agile teams and participate in Sprint and Scrum calls. • Oversees and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. • Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders. • Knowledge of management practices and program implementation.• Any required and appropriate security or suitability clearances. Additional Required Qualifications• Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must have managed Agile Projects and teams. • Prefer PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification (not required). Requires Bachelor’s degree and six to eight years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.
