ServiceNow Project Coordinator (Remote)

GovCIO is seeking a project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a the ServiceNow platform. This customer-facing role will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be fully remote within the United States. • We are seeking a project Coordinator with demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow and government contracting experience. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience, a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and a proven track record of supporting federal clientsCoordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements.Maintains lines of communication among project team members. May be responsible for risk management. Must be available to address the needs of the project effort. • Reports project progress to management. • Arranges logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events. • Organizes project committee meetings and prepares the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral. • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the project.• Manages work for the team in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow• leverages Agile methodologies to effectively run projects• Pulls reports in ServiceNow• Navigate ServiceNow and create manual test scripts or user guides• Become familiar with multiple other platforms as needed by the branch• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is a must have to manage and track day-to-day activities for a variety of different project types• Experience with leveraging Agile methodologies to effectively run projects• Ability to pull reports in ServiceNow• Ability to navigate ServiceNow and create manual test scripts or user guides• GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.Every day, we make a positive impact by delivering innovative IT services and solutions that improve how government agencies operate and serve our citizens.
