Private Equity - Associate - Fall / Winter Term - Unpaid [2025 / 2026]

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious MBA candidate to as a Private Equity Intern. This role offers immersive exposure to the full investment lifecycle—from thesis development and deal sourcing to due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio value creation. You’ll work directly with partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your insights and contributions will shape real outcomes. A Day in the LifeAt K2 Growth Capital, your day won’t follow a script—but it will be full of impact.As an MBA intern, you’ll be immersed in live deals and real decision-making from day one. You might start by researching a new sector or identifying acquisition targets, then shift to building a financial model or joining a diligence call with a founder. Some days will focus on developing investment memos or analyzing growth levers for portfolio companies; others might involve working directly with partners to shape a value creation plan.
