You will also have access to our comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in addition to growth opportunities and excellent retirement options.Job Summary:The Training Lead Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing resources to support the development and delivery of Type-1 and Type-2 training to Air Force operators/maintainers, system administrators, test personnel, help desk personnel and Technical Order (TO) writers for an Air Force Enterprise IT program. JobResponsibilities:• Support the Training Lead and team with training analysis to identify training needs of operators, system administrators, test personnel, helpdesk personnel, and TO writers to develop and deliver a complete training plan and training courseware.• Ensure training materials meet the Contract Deliverable Line Item (CDRL) Data Item Description (DID) and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. • Create training schedules and coordinate on-site training with Air Force site personnel• Work closely with Training Leadership to understand and assist in establishing metrics that capture/measure the performance and success of ongoing deployment training efforts• Report task status to internal and external managementMinimumQualifications:• 5 years of experience in instructional design• Experience working in DoD environments• Capable of working independently as well as within a team• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, SharePoint experience helpful.• Highly organized and detail oriented• Active Secret clearance• Up to 50% travel to support on-site training sessions at CONUS and OCONUS Air Force sites, and other program meetings.
