Development, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (“IMS”), including required reporting• Facilitation of meetings directly supporting the Core PMO Services, including the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes for:• the Risk and Issues meetings,• the Project Health Check and Release Planning meetings,• the MMIS Modernization Contract Meetings, and• facilitation of ad hoc meetings• Assistance to identify, analyze and assist in the resolution of Risks and Issues, including required reporting• Development and maintenance of a Decision Log and Action Log, including associated required reporting• Assistance in verifying contractors’ adherence to project activities such as tracking of vendor tasks, schedule updates, and action items• Assistance in coordinating project activities between in scope stakeholders• Assistance in obtaining stakeholder commitment at the start of each project as defined in the Release Plan• Assistance in implementing Systems Development Life Cycle (“SDLC”) checkpoints to verify scope and deliverables are developed as agreed upon• As possible and dependent on the quality of each schedule update received from other vendors and the Department, Reporting Quality Management by tracking PMBOK-centric project progress and metrics for tasks in the MMIS Modernization Project schedule and assistance in keeping work on-track with project plan assignments for the legacy contractor, MMIS Modernization contractors, DHS and subcontractors.• Release Planning responsibilities include:• Facilitation of release planning for approved initiatives and projects to align to the Project Runway• Support for the identification of Department initiatives and projects with MMIS Modernization dependencies• Facilitation of weekly IMS and release planning and other meetings as agreed upon to maintain alignment between Department initiatives and projects and MMIS Modernization• Publishing and maintaining Bureau of Data and Claims Management (“BCDM”) Project Runway within approved scope by release to provide for vendor alignment with Department requirements• PMO Support, including preparation of the MMIS Modernization Dashboard• Tool Enablement Support responsibilities include:• Microsoft Teams Foundation Support (“TFS”) (e.g., helping to maintain work items within TFS, traceability in business requirements)• Azure DevOps Support (“ADO”) – maintaining work items when DHS transitions from TFS• Microsoft PowerBI – Project Status Reporting which will be used to facilitate Health Check discussions• Tableau – to create the Project Runway which will be used to facilitate the Release Planning discussions• Additional PMO / Consulting responsibilities include:• Project Management Support and Oversight• Best Practices research and recommendations when requested• Recommendations concerning Business and Technical Alignment when requested• Process Improvement recommendations when requestedQualifications:• Must have extensive experience working as Project Manager on large-scale projects and a proven track record of successful project implementation• Must have previous experience supporting Medicaid/MMIS projects in a Project Management role or a similar lead/management capacity• Strong knowledge in project management methodology – extensive PMBOK knowledge/experience and/or PMP certification is extremely helpful• Qualified candidates should preferably have extensive knowledge/experience with the following items:• Project Management Office (PMO)• Project Management Support and Oversight• Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)• Meeting Facilitation• Reporting• Release Planning• Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Azure DevOps Server (ADO)• Microsoft Power BI• Tableau• Modern understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software• Ability to translate broader program objectives of a program into clear and achievable project
