Rooftop Telecom Lease Research Analyst (High-Value Seller Targeting)
We are looking for a detail-oriented research specialist with experience in commercial real estate records, telecom infrastructure, or public-data scraping. Your role is to identify hidden, under-the-radar rooftop wireless assets including rooftop cell leases, DAS, ERRCS, and small cells across U.S. buildings. You will build a ranked list of the owners who are most likely to sell these assets, based on a structured scoring model we provide. You will:Identify buildings with rooftop telecom equipment using RF mapping toolsPull ownership records, corporate registrations, and contact infoCollect lease term indicators (start dates, amendments, carrier mix, etc.)Estimate rent level from comparable public filingsScore each owner using our 0–100 “Seller Probability” FrameworkDeliver a clean spreadsheet with Top 50–200 highest-value targetsIdeal Background:CRE research, land records, telecom infrastructure, or data enrichmentExperience with county records, tower databases, or assessor dataStrong ability to find direct owner contact informationThis role directly fuels seven-figure rooftop lease transactions, so accuracy and detail are essential.If you can find hidden gems and build clean ranked lists, we want to talk.
