You’ll help manage outreach, communication, and marketing tasks that directly fuel business growth.This role blends marketing, operations, and assistant-style responsibilities — perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in how a modern creative business actually runs. You’ll work directly with creator and founder Cole Connor, learning real-world skills that translate to agency work, content studios, and production companies. What You’ll DoClient & Business Support• Assist with outreach to real estate agents, designers, and brands• Send follow-up emails + track communication pipelines• Maintain spreadsheets, CRM-style lists, and contact databases• Manage inbound DMs/inquiries on Instagram• Prepare simple proposals or follow-up drafts• Organize client info in bolthires Drive / NotionMarketing & Social Support• Prep captions, hashtags, and posting schedules• Assist with social media planning and light content packaging• Research trends, local market opportunities, and competitive strategy• Help with marketing sequences for digital products• Support launch tasks for courses, guides, presets, and bundlesIdeal Candidate• Strong communicator & writer• Detail-oriented and organized• Comfortable sending and following up on emails• Interested in marketing, branding, social media, or real estate• Reliable and self-directed• Familiar with bolthires Drive and Notion (or eager to learn)Perks• Direct mentorship from a working creator/entrepreneur• Behind-the-scenes experience of a real estate media studio• Training in outreach systems, content marketing, and operations• Letter of recommendation + portfolio-ready experience• Opportunity for paid freelance or part-time work after internship• Optional creative or work meetups in LAJob Type: InternshipPay: From $100.00 per monthWork Location:Remote Apply tot his job
