RE MIAMI – Real Estate Operations ManagerLocation: Miami, FL (Hybrid or Remote)Employment: Full-TimeReports To: Founder / BrokerCompensation: $3,000–$5,000/month base + performance bonuses⸻Company OverviewRE Miami is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in luxury rentals, investment sales, and new developments across South Florida.We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our internal systems, manage agent activity, and ensure smooth operations across all teams.You’ll take ownership of our CRM systems (Follow Up Boss and GoHighLevel), organize data and processes, and lead communication between agents, clients, and management.⸻Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss & GoHighLevel) • Create automations for lead routing, follow-ups, and task assignments • Distribute leads daily and monitor agent performance • Train agents and assistants on CRM usage, scripts, and procedures • Coordinate showing schedules and client communications • Monitor lead response times and follow-up consistency • Prepare weekly KPI and performance reports for management • Improve operational systems and daily workflows • Ensure all listings, showings, and deals are accurately tracked and documented⸻Qualifications & Skills • 3–5+ years in real estate operations, sales coordination, or CRM management • Strong understanding of real estate pipelines and team workflows • Proficiency in Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and Zapier • Excellent organizational and communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus) • Ability to manage hybrid or remote teams with accountability and precision • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities • Experience in the South Florida real estate market preferred⸻Compensation & Schedule • Base salary: $3,000–$5,000/month (based on experience) • Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses up to 1% of team commissions • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexible hours) • Work options: Hybrid in Miami or fully remote (ideal for candidates in Colombia or the Philippines)⸻Growth OpportunitiesThis role is designed for long-term leadership growth.The right candidate can advance to Director of Operations or Chief Operating Officer (COO) as the company expands and scales into new markets.Performance Indicators (KPIs)KPI TargetLead Response TimeUnder 10 minutesFollow-Up Completion Rate95%+ Showings Scheduled per Week15+ CRM Data Accuracy100% maintainedWeekly KPI ReportsDelivered every FridayJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per monthWork Location:Remote Apply tot his job
