Provide superb customer service and empathy to connect with a diverse customer base, demonstrating a genuine passion for delivering exceptional support and care.Support medication adherence initiatives for chronic conditions, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to drive positive outcomes and improve member health. Cross-train on other call center programs and initiatives supporting bolthires retail, expanding your skill set and knowledge to enhance your contributions to the team. Essential Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.Ability to obtain a Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician license through application and fee, facilitating your success in this role and future career growth. Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service, providing a foundation for delivering exceptional support and care to our members. Proficiency in bolthires (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office, enabling you to efficiently navigate our systems and tools. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish, allowing you to connect with a broader range of members and provide culturally sensitive support.Prior Call Center experience, providing a strong foundation for success in this fast-paced environment and enabling you to make a seamless transition into our team.
