[Remote] Professional Services DevOps Architect

As aProfessional Services DevOps Architect, you will guide strategic customers in their DevOps journeys, consulting and implementing CI/CD pipelines using JFrog products and modern technologies. Responsibilities• Guide the DevOps, DevSecOps and MLOps journeys of JFrog’s most strategic customers, positing yourself as their trusted advisor• Work with JFrog customers to consult, architect, design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps platform using JFrog products and other cutting edge technologies and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, IaC and Cloud Native• Team up with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support and Development while work directly with Devs and DevSecOps Pros to ensure success with the customer’s DevSecOps journey using the JFrog platform• Mentor and coach members of the consulting team• Train the open source community and JFrog customers• Influence the features and roadmap of JFrog tools based on customer needs• Keep current with the latest technology trends related to DevSecOps and the landscape of CI/CD Technology• Work closely with our customers and community to build solid relationshipsSkills• 15+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of experience working in professional services or consulting with enterprise customers• Experience with Continuous Integration tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM• Ability to lead, architect and build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi etc..using various DevSecOps tools such as Git, Binary repositories management, Binary scanning, and Continuous integration• Good understanding of infrastructure & operations - storage, network, computer, security, cloud (public, on-prem)• Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools: Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Kubernetes• Hands on experience in Linux - Mandatory• Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP - Mandatory• Experience with customer facing with great interpersonal and customer service oriented skills• Experience with server side software on-premise and in the cloud• Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus• Experience with MLOps toolset & ecosystem is a plus• Uncompromising will to learn• Open Source state-of-mindBenefits• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more• Discretionary bonuses or commission payments• Equity package of restricted stock units (RSU)• Participate in our Employee Stock Purchase PlanCompany Overview• JFrog provides software developers with a binary repository management solution.It was founded in 2008, and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
