Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive transformational change within Mastercard and its clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for growth and improvement. Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape. Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders on strategic decision-making.Utilize data and insights to create actionable recommendations and solutions that drive business results. Lead and facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings with clients and senior leadership to communicate strategy and progress. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and challenges. Monitor and track progress of projects and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve strategy and approach.Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally. Represent Mastercard at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership. Collaborate with other Managing Consultants and senior leaders to align on strategy and drive consistency across projects. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
