We’re looking for a behind-the-scenes consulting resource who can help us translate our ideas and client conversations into clear, compelling, executive-ready deliverables.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a former management consultant (Senior Consultant / Manager level) from firms such as Accenture, MBB, or Big 4 who is:- Exceptional in PowerPoint- Strong at structuring and writing proposals and statements of work (SOWs)Comfortable working project-by-project / ad hocAble to use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of their own workThis is a remote, project-based, non–client-facing role. You’ll work directly with us in the background to create polished materials for leadership development and organizational transformation projects.What You’ll Do1. Create & Edit PowerPoint Presentations- Turn rough notes, outlines, and ideas into executive-ready client decks- Apply consulting-style storylining (MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, clear narrative flow). - Use and improve our existing Leaderley templates to:• Enhance visual hierarchy and slide layouts• Add simple diagrams, visuals, and infographics• Balance a clean consulting look with a more creative, modern feel2. Draft Proposals- Draft proposals for leadership development programs and organizational transformation / change management engagements.Clearly articulate:• Client context and objectives• Program / engagement design• Approach, phases, and expected outcomes3. Draft Clear-Cut Statements of Work (SOWs)• Draft clean, unambiguous SOWs for corporate clients. • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, assumptions, and success metrics. • Ensure tight alignment between proposal, SOW, and what has been discussed with the client. 4. Use AI to ImproveYour Own Content• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to:• Help refine drafts and sharpen language.• Improve clarity, concision, and structure. • Generate alternative formulations and options quickly. • You are not expected to build complex AI workflows—just to work smart and leverage AI to enhance quality and speed. • *5. Tailor Follow-Up Materials from Transcripts• Review call transcripts from prospecting or discovery meetings. • Use them to:• Draft tailored follow-up emails. • Capture key needs, themes, and next steps. • Feed into proposals and SOWs. Ideal Background• * Required• 5+ years of management consulting experience.• Experience at Accenture, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or similar tier consulting firms. • Reached at leastSenior Consultant / Manager (or equivalent) level. • Deep experience with:• Organizational transformation / change management• Leadership, culture, or people-related programs (nice plus)• * Skills & Capabilities• PowerPoint:• You build decks that would comfortably sit in front of a C-suite. • Strong eye for design: layouts, consistency, simple visuals, and professional polish.• Structuring & Storylining:• MECE, hypothesis-driven thinking, top-down communication, and clear narrative flow. • Proposals & SOWs:• Direct experience drafting SOWs and proposals for corporate clients. • Comfortable making scope and assumptions “crisp” and low-risk. • AI-Savvy:• Regularly use AI to refine content, brainstorm, and improve language and structure. • * Working Style• Fast turnaround on iterative drafts. • Strong judgment about what is “executive-ready” versus “draft”. • Comfortable working with ambiguity but pushing toward clarity.• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable signing an NDA. ## Engagement Details• Type: Project-based, ad hoc. • Structure: Fixed price per project (e.g., per deck, per proposal/SOW or bundle), to be agreed case-by-case. • Location: Remote; no specific time-zone requirement, as long as deadlines are met. • Timing: As-needed collaboration with potential for a long-term relationship if it’s a good fit.
