Director, Global Treasury

Develop and implement the company's global treasury strategy in alignment with our overall financial goals and objectives. Oversee and manage all treasury operations, including cash management, foreign exchange, investments, and debt management. Monitor and analyze financial market trends and economic conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.Forecast and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and long-term financial stability. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and secure financing as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and risk management, to support decision-making and drive financial performance. Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to treasury operations. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the board of directors. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in global treasury management and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the company. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry professionals. Identify and implement bolthires-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements within the treasury function.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's growth and expansion plans. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to promote our brand and network with potential partners and clients. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treasury policies and procedures, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
