This role is Remote. This position will be hybrid Bolingbrook, IL or fully remote, hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm CSTThe Main Responsibilities of a person are... • Point of contact for contracted carriers, retail stores and distribution centers.• Perform daily carrier track & trace. • Proactively follow up as required to ensure desired service results. • Communicate potential service failures to the appropriate parties (i.e.: supervisor, carrier, store). • Proactively follow up with stores to ensure specialized deliveries are occurring as scheduled. • Tender outbound loads to contracted carriers through TMS (E2Open). • Execute a variety of intermediate-to-advanced reports using Microsoft Excel. • Audit carrier and delivery schedules for accuracy.• Answer customer service hotline as a support function and troubleshoot issues as needed.
