Responsibilities:• * Research trending keywords, competitor Shorts, and evergreen “how-to” topics. • Script and film short, snappy videos using the HPC framework (Hook Progression Climax). • Repurpose footage from bigger shoots into bite-sized content. • Add captions, optimize pacing, and ensure every Short hooks in under 3 seconds. • Upload consistently, monitor analytics, and iterate on titles, tags, and structure.• Focus on SEO-driven daily Shorts output.
