Investor-Side Securities Litigation Associate—NYC/Remote
An elite investor-side boutique law firm seeks to hire a midlevel or senior litigation associate for its NYC office; attorneys typically work remotely, but they can also work from the firm’s Manhattan office if they would like. The position focuses on securities fraud class action litigation and some shareholder derivative matters, and it offers the opportunity for good substantive experience and work with an impressive, tight-knit group of attorneys (including former Sullivan & Cromwell, Paul Weiss, and Kirkland attorneys) on high-stakes matters.The firm seeks a well-credentialed attorney who ideally has securities litigation experience and solid brief drafting experience. Base compensation is likely $210,000-230,000 (depending on experience), and bonuses typically range from about $40,000-200,000 (or more).
