The investment team focuses on fixed income investments in high yield tax-exempt bonds and is involved in every aspect of the firm's investment process, including origination, evaluation, structuring, and execution. The analyst/associate will assist senior management and members of the investment team, including the following day-to-day responsibilities:• Conducting financial analysis and modeling to assist the investment team in the evaluation, structuring, and execution of the firm's investments• Preparing internal and external presentations and proposals• Directly interfacing with developers, borrowers, and investment banks related to the firm's existing and future investments• Writing of investment memorandum for presentation to the firm's investment committee• Assisting with ad hoc analysis of the firm's existing portfolioPreston Hollow Community Capital is a market leader in providing specialized impact finance solutions for projects of significant social and economic importance to local communities in the United States.The Company originates, owns, and manages a diversified portfolio of bespoke municipal finance transactions.
