Conduct internal audits of financial crime and anti-money laundering (AML) processes and controls for various clients. Analyze and assess client systems and processes to identify potential areas of risk and recommend improvements.Develop and execute testing plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' financial crime risks. Stay updated on the latest AML regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining high quality work.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Participate in business development activities by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
