This role blends HR service delivery with client sourcing, making it an ideal opportunity for a motivated consultant who wants to grow their own book of business under the Elevé brand while enjoying full flexibility. You choose your hours, work from anywhere, and operate independently while receiving support, resources, and guidance from Elevé.Elevé operates as a collaborative consulting environment. While you will manage your own clients independently, you will never be left without support. If you need time off, have an urgent client matter, or simply want backup for a period of time, Elevé will step in to assist and ensure your clients remain supported. You maintain your flexibility, and your clients remain taken care of, seamlessly. Role OverviewAs an Independent HR Consultant for Elevé, you will be responsible for:1. Sourcing companies that need HR support2.Onboarding and managing the clients you bring in3. Delivering high-quality HR services under the Elevé HR Consulting brandThis position is performance-based. Compensation is commission for each client you bring on, plus ongoing monthly income for retainer clients you support. You will deliver HR functions such as compliance support, onboarding processes, employee relations guidance, handbook/policy creation, job descriptions, recruiting support, and general HR advisory services. Key Responsibilities• Identify and outreach to prospective clients who need HR support• Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and warm introductions• Deliver HR services for assigned clients, with Elevé support when needed• Maintain a consistent standard of excellence and professional communication• Build strong, long-term relationships with your assigned clients• Create deliverables such as policies, handbooks, job descriptions, SOPs, etc.• Provide HR guidance on compliance, employee relations, performance, onboarding, and general HR practices• Track your client hours and maintain organized documentation• Represent Elevé HR Consulting with professionalism and integrity• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all Elevé standards and expectationsQualifications:Candidates must meet one of the following minimum requirements:• SHRM-CP (required) OR ability to obtain within first year,OR• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field,OR• 2–3 years of direct HR experience with commitment to pursue certification within the first yearAdditional required qualifications:• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Self-motivated and comfortable with independent work• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize deadlines• Strong professionalism and confidentiality• Problem-solving mindset with a resourceful approach• Confidence in speaking with clients and guiding them through HR decisionsContract Requirements• Must operate as a 1099 contractor (not an employee)• Provide own laptop, phone, and work tools• Maintain a professional workspace• Maintain your own insurance, taxes, and business compliance• Work independently without daily supervision• Ability to join occasional check-ins or client strategy calls as needed• Must adhere to Elevé brand standards, processes, and agreementsCompensationThis is a commission-based contractor role.You earn a generous percentage of the client’s monthly retainer rate, with every retainer or project client you actively support. The more clients you source and serve, the more predictable your monthly income becomes.
