Independent work with the support of team members allows this group of Recruiters to empower each other to not only achieve goals but to add their touch to the company's overall vision.Status: M-F, Full-timeCompensation: $21.00 Hourly + Monthly BonusResponsibilities:• Build relationships with hiring managers; to connect regarding hiring needs and recruiting strategies• Manage relations between the HR Department and General Managers of branches• Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about each role• Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring prioritiesQualifications:• Ability to set and achieve goals independently• Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals• Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person• Basic bolthires Suite KnowledgeBenefits:Employees and their families can enroll in medical, dental, vision, disability, accident, and basic life insurance.Employees can also enroll in our company's 401k plan.
