Recruiter(Fully Remote)

Position OverviewThe Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 20 30 open positions across food distribution locations, primarily supporting exempt roles within Supply Chain and Sales Support. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities especially sourcing sales professionals along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, hiring manager relationships, and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, provide candidate follow-bolthires, and extend offers.The role partners closely with multiple field hiring managers and HR teams. Key Responsibilities• Source, screen, and interview applicants for Supply Chain, Sales, and Sales-Support positions. • Aggressively source sales professionals using LinkedIn, Indeed, and additional platforms. • Review resumes and conduct structured phone screens to assess experience, skills, and fit. • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate logistics as needed. • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.• Extend offers and provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers across multiple field locations. • Enter candidate data and track progress using Workday, Phenom, and ATS tools. • May draft, post, and manage job advertisements across online and print channels. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications• 1 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume and corporate. • Proven experience sourcing sales professionals (Account Executives, Territory Managers, etc.).• Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Phenom strongly preferred). • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms. Preferred Skills & Experience• Recruiting experience within supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or food distribution. • Experience hiring for Supply Chain/Sales roles such as Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, Account Executive, Territory Manager. • Prior experience working in fast-paced environments supporting multiple hiring managers.Soft Skills & Team Fit• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage and influence hiring manager relationships. • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
