You will be the first point of contact for patients to a new and improved quality of life. By serving as an inside sales representative, you will educate patients about the benefits of cardiac rehab and the Movn Health program and act as the door to healthier hearts for those interested in joining our program. This is a sales role. Ideal candidates are those who can combine a passion for sales and patient advocacy with a clinical background in Exercise Physiology, clinical knowledge and expertise.ResponsibilitiesOwn, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patientsMake outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll patients in Movn Health s cardiac rehab programServe as the first point of contact for individuals who come to us by way of referralEnsuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Movn Health s services and benefitsHandle questioning and feedback within each encounter to those who are interested in enrollingWork to ensure the efficient scheduling of patient appointmentsPerform insurance verification as required to navigate patient questions related to coverageLeverage internal teams to answer patient questions and resolve issues thoroughlyWork with Movn s clinical staff and staff at referring physician offices to improve operational processesSet up Movn patient-facing app as neededWork within Movn s EHR to coordinate care for patientRequirements2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environmentDegree in Exercise PhysiologyPreferredBilingual in English & SpanishAbout Movn HealthMovn Health, is a telehealth cardiovascular services company that is increasing access to cardiac rehab and helping patients recover faster at home through an innovative app-based virtual cardiac rehab program.Our mission to provide equitable access to high quality cardiovascular care so people can live longer, healthier lives.
