Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering - Dragonfly Portfolio

What We’re Looking For• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including time as a team lead, manager, or technical co-founder• A proven track record shipping meaningful crypto products: protocols, infra, exchanges, wallets, or high-volume consumer apps• Strong systems design skills and deep experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures• Ability to lead in fast-moving environments where systems are scaling rapidly and priorities shift quickly• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business teamsAboutThe RolesWe’re hiring across multiple portfolio companies, including:• An infrastructure platform powering smart contract wallets, prime brokerage, and OTC trading - live with $15B+ in transaction volume across 12 EVM chains.You’ll lead backend architecture and scale integrations across protocols and execution systems. • A rapidly growing crypto-native product with early volume and engagement at unusual scale. You’ll lead engineering strategy, stabilize critical systems, and help the team scale infrastructure to meet demand while building toward long-term technical maturity.
