If you’re passionate about modern Dev Sec Ops, cloud-native architecture, and federal healthcare IT, this is your chance to make a tangible impact.Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in Dev Sec Ops, Site Reliability, or Cloud EngineeringHands-on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s/K3s), and AWS Gov CloudSkilled at building CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.)Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FISMA High)Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) Preferred / Bonus::Experience with DHA, VA, or federal health IT programsFamiliarity with Platform One, MOSA, or DDIL environmentsKnowledge of container security, SBOMs, vulnerability scanningHands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, or other observability toolsExposure to Kubecost or cloud cost managementWhat You’ll Do:Design and manage infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Git OpsBuild and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security automationDeploy and operate Kubernetes/K3s clusters in AWS Gov Cloud (IL5/IL6)Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus and GrafanaAutomate compliance artifacts to support ATO readinessWho We Are:Rackner is a cloud-native software consultancy delivering solutions for startups, enterprises, and the public sector.We enable digital transformation through Dev Sec Ops, AI/ML, and cloud-first innovation.
