If you enjoy deep research, unraveling complex title histories, building family lineages, and reviewing recorded land records — and you want flexible, remote work you can perform on your own schedule — this is an exceptional opportunity! We are opening only a few part-time contractor spots, and we’re looking for experienced professionals who can hit the ground running.Position OverviewAs a Title Abstractor & Genealogy Researcher (1099 Contractor), you will help our team identify ownership, family lineage, and title history on properties throughout Texas. You will receive a weekly set of records to research — no list pulling required — and you’ll complete the assigned abstracts and genealogy findings by the weekly deadline.
