TOSCA Architect
We’re hiring an experienced TOSCA Architect to lead test automation strategy and implementation for a large-scale European digital transformation project. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for a QA automation expert with deep experience in Tricentis TOSCA and a strong understanding of enterprise systems integration. Location:Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)Engagement: Full-time | Long-term project | Independent ContractorTime Zone: CET working hoursExperience Level:Senior (7–10+ years in QA/testing, 3+ years in TOSCA)Salary: Open, depending on experience levelWhat You’ll Be Doing• Lead the overall design and architecture of the TOSCA test automation framework• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate TOSCA into CI/CD pipelines• Develop scalable, modular test solutions to support functional, regression, and end-to-end testing• Conduct feasibility analyses and recommend automation solutions based on business needs• Support test data management, test case optimization, and integration with test management tools (e.g., Jira, qTest)• Provide mentorship to automation engineers and ensure alignment with quality standards• Report on test coverage, quality metrics, and continuous improvement opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications• 7+ years of experience in software testing and QA (manual and automated)• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA (Test Design, Execution, and Reporting)• Proven experience as a TOSCA Architect or Test Automation Lead in large enterprise environments• Experience with test case optimization, risk-based testing, and TOSCA’s Model-Based Testing approach• Strong understanding of SAP or other ERP systems testing• Experience integrating TOSCA with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and test lifecycle management• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skillsNice-to-Haves• TOSCA certifications (e.g., AS1/AS2, Test Architect Level)• Exposure to API and UI testing within TOSCA• Experience with test data automation and synthetic data generation• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, pharma, manufacturing)• Background in performance testing or other test frameworksSoft Skills We Value• Strategic thinker with strong technical leadership• Detail-oriented and highly analytical• Proactive and solutions-driven with strong time management• Clear and confident communicator with cross-functional teamsIf you’re an automation leader looking to shape the testing framework of a high-impact international program, we’d love to hear from you.to be part of a world-class transformation team.
