About the positionThe Assistant Marketing Manager for Category Marketing in Makeup at Sephora plays a vital role in executing comprehensive marketing communications. This position focuses on supporting campaign strategies, ensuring precision in asset management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Sephora's brand presence in the beauty industry. The role emphasizes inclusivity and aims to celebrate diverse forms of beauty, particularly those historically overlooked. Responsibilities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans.• Develop strategies spanning in-store, digital, and external/media channels. • Lead and manage launch activations for new products. • Coordinate with Creative and Editorial teams to deliver campaign objectives. • Ensure compelling copy and visuals across all marketing channels. • Partner with Brand Marketing for seamless communication. • Build partnerships across various teams including Media, Merchandising, and Analytics. • Support managers in developing communication plans for digital campaigns. Requirements• 4+ years of marketing experience.• 3-4 years of multi-channel marketing skills (store, digital, social media, advertising). • Preferred experience in agency, retail, and/or beauty industry. • Strong cross-functional communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
