About theRole:The CRM Systems Applications Manager will serve as the CRM Product Owner and organizational champion, leading efforts to make Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud the central hub for constituent engagement. You will influence stakeholders, encourage adoption, and communicate the critical role CRM plays in advancing our mission.This position is based in Philadelphia with flexible remote work opportunities. Key Responsibilities• Champion CRM adoption across all departments, building excitement and understanding of its strategic value. • Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. • Evaluate and optimize business process workflows for efficiency and impact. • Develop new workflows and solve complex CRM-related challenges. • Manage system integrations and ensure data security. • Perform system configuration, data maintenance, and user access management.• Oversee vendor relationships and enforce service level agreements. • Support reporting and analysis needs with dashboards and custom queries. • Lead training and engagement initiatives, including an internal CRM power user group. • Participate in data governance and cross-functional collaboration.
