OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies across multiple channels to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and overall campaign performance. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, data analysis, and technical skills to drive impactful marketing initiatives that support our B2B marketing objectives.Duties• Develop and manage multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Tax Nitro. • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates. • Conduct lead generation activities through targeted email marketing, attribution modeling, and data-driven segmentation strategies. • Integrate and maintain CRM systems like Salesforce and other marketing platforms to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution. • Utilize SQL, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to analyze campaign performance and troubleshoot technical issues.• Perform data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, attribution models, and ROI; generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and improve lead quality. • Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for automation and engagement. Skills• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Tax Nitro• Strong technical skills including SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Google Analytics.• Expertise in multichannel marketing strategies including email marketing and digital advertising campaigns. • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline lead nurturing processes. • Knowledge of attribution modeling techniques to evaluate channel performance effectively. • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for strategic decision-making. • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and lead generation tactics. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.as a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to leverage your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment focused on innovative digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
