This role is critical: you will partner with leadership to transform strategic vision into execution, bringingMBA-level business acumen, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to a rapidly evolvingdigital business. Our current leadership has strong technical and product expertise. We need a complementary leaderwho excels at structure, processes, financial management, compliance, and team coordination.You willbe the operational anchor—the person who ensures that ambitious goals translate into measurableresults. This is not a typical COO role. You will be building and refining operational systems for a distributedremote team across dating platforms, live cam operations, and content networks. You must becomfortable working in the adult entertainment industry, navigating complex compliance requirements,and managing fast-moving digital products with millions of users. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Operations & Execution• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute operational strategies across all FFN platforms(dating sites, Cams.com, content networks)• Translate high-level vision into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs and timelinesBuild and implement scalable processes that support growth while maintaining our member-first culture• Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization without compromising quality or member experienceFinancial Management & Business Intelligence• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and resourceallocationDevelop and monitor key business metrics across all platforms (user acquisition, retention,lifetime value, churn)• Create financial models to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investmentopportunities• Work with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and fiscal responsibilityCompliance, Legal, & Risk Management• Lead compliance initiatives across multiple regulatory domains: age verification, data privacy(GDPR, CCPA), payment processing (PCI-DSS), and content moderation• Develop and maintain relationships with legal counsel, compliance auditors, and regulatorybodies• Create proactive risk management frameworks to protect the company and our membersEnsure adherence to industry-specific regulations related to adult content and online datingRemote Team Leadership & People Operations• Manage and mentor a distributed team of professionals across engineering, customer service,moderation, and business operations• Build high-performance remote work culture with clear communication, accountability, andcollaboration• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies aligned with our values-driven mission• Create career development pathways and performance management systems for remoteemployeesUser Experience & Product Operations• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize user experience, reduce friction,and increase member satisfaction• Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for platform improvements• Balance business objectives with member-first principles (no dark patterns, transparent pricing,real value)• Support the rollout of new features and ensure smooth operational integrationRequired QualificationsEducation• MBA from a reputable business school, or equivalent advanced degree in business, finance, oroperations• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fieldExperience• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, orexecutive roles• 5+ years managing remote or distributed teams• Proven track record in high-growth digital businesses (SaaS, marketplaces, social networks, orconsumer internet)Industry & Domain Expertise• Social networking and/or dating platforms: Deep understanding of user acquisition,engagement loops, retention strategies, and community management• Adult content industry: Comfort and experience working with adult entertainment, webcamplatforms, or dating services (this is essential—not optional)• Payment processing: Knowledge of payment gateways, merchant accounts, chargebackmanagement, and high-risk payment processing• Regulatory compliance: Hands-on experience with data privacy laws, age verification systems,content moderation, and industry-specific regulationsCore Competencies• Financial acumen: Strong grasp of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, unit economics,and operational metrics• Process builder: Ability to design, document, and implement scalable systems and workflowsfrom scratch• Data-driven decision maker: Comfortable working with analytics tools, dashboards, andquantitative analysis to guide strategy• Exceptional communicator: Clear, concise communication across all levels—from technicalteams to executive leadership to external partners• Problem solver: Thrives in ambiguity, comfortable making decisions with incompleteinformation, and resourceful under pressurePersonal Attributes• Hands-on and tactical: Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into details while maintainingstrategic oversight• Cultural fit: Alignment with our values of transparency, efficiency, accountability, and respectfor member autonomy• Integrity and discretion: Given the nature of our business, impeccable ethics and respect formember privacy are non-negotiable.• Creative thinker: Not just an executor—someone who brings ideas, challenges assumptions,and finds innovative solutions• Resilient and adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where prioritiesshift and challenges are constantWhat We OfferCompensation: Competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, excellent benefits including companypaid health benefits and a matching 6% 401(k).
