Currently operating at an eight-figure revenue level and accelerating toward nine figures, the organization is preparing to scale its operational footprint, elevate its infrastructure, and expand into additional markets.To support this next phase, we are seeking a hands-on, builder-minded Chief Operating Officer who can transform strategic vision into operational excellence across a multi-location environment. This role is ideal for an operator who thrives in high-growth settings and is energized by creating clarity, structure, and scalable systems. Operations (Required Experience)• Proven track record leading operations for a rapidly scaling company. • Multi-location or multi-unit experience in retail or consumer services environments.• Direct experience advancing an organization from one stage to the next (e.g., $50M to $100M+, growing from 10 to 100+ locations). • Minimum 7–10 years in senior operations roles (COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations). • Skilled in building operational infrastructure: KPIs, forecasting, P&Ls, and process optimization. • Able to drive profitability through operational efficiency - not simply cost-cutting. • A true builder who thrives in environments where systems must be created or modernized.• Experience leading through growth, change, restructuring, or rapid scaling. • Able to bring stability, direction, and discipline to a high-growth environment. • Strong vendor negotiation capabilities. Strategic Leadership• Ability to operationalize Board and CEO vision into executable strategies. • Forward-thinking leader who anticipates issues before they arise. • Strong project management discipline and cross-functional coordination. People Leadership• Deep understanding of remote workforce dynamics.• Strong ability to build and sustain partner relationships. • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams across remote environments. • Values aligned with service, excellence, guest-centered experience, and integrity. • Highly collaborative with executive leadership teams. • Excellent communication skills with a coaching-oriented leadership style. • Experience managing directors, department heads, and multi-layered teams. Travel• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, visiting locations as new sites or markets are identified.• Occasional travel to onsite meetings. Systems• Comfortable evaluating, selecting, and integrating operational tools. • Strong technical skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Slack, etc.). Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)• Oversight of sales and/or marketing departments. • Turnaround or restructuring experience.
