Certified Residential Appraiser / Certified General Appraiser

We are currently seeking:-Certified General Appraisers for the greater metro Atlanta market-Certified Residential appraisers that both live in and have excellent geographical competency in the following markets:- Augusta (Waynesboro / Aiken / Wrens)- South Atlanta (McDonough / Locust Grove / Griffin / Stockbridge / etc.)- North Georgia (Elijay / Mineral Bluff / Blairsville / Morganton)(Please note that we are currently not seeking trainees appraisers)DS Murphy is looking to expand our staff of Certified Residential and Certified General Appraisers.DS Murphy appraisers are W-2 employees and eligible for full benefits including healthcare insurance, 401K with company match, and a paid vacation program. Additionally, DS Murphy employs an on-site/local full-time admin staff that is responsible for order entry, assistance with client updates, and initial file set up. Our admin staff also oversees all invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable helping to free you to do what you do best, the appraisal analysis.
