Duties• Develop and implement comprehensive biology lesson plans that align with educational standards and incorporate engaging laboratory activities.• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning environment. • Mentor students in topics such as cellular biology, genetics, ecology, and human anatomy. • Assess student progress through exams, projects, and laboratory work, providing constructive feedback to support academic development. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance science curriculum and share innovative teaching practices. • Provide academic support and guidance to students, inspiring their interest in biology and related sciences.• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns. Experience• Proven experience in teaching or mentoring roles is preferred. • Strong background in biology, including expertise in genetics, ecology, and cellular biology. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff. • Familiarity with curriculum development and inclusive classroom practices is a plus.
