OverviewWe’re looking for an energetic and communicative Online Sales Manager who will become the voice and face of our beauty studio for online clients. If you love talking to people, know how to sell in a caring and elegant way, and are passionate about the beauty industry — this is for you. What you’ll be doing1. Communicating with clients by phone•• Answer incoming calls• Consult clients on services and specialists• Help choose a convenient time and book appointments• Manage client bookings in Square2.Messaging on social media (Instagram and TikTok)• Reply to client messages and requests• Help clients choose services and specialists• Book clients directly from chats• Maintain a stylish and friendly tone of communication3.
