App Growth Strategist (iOS, Android & Mac Launch for New AI/Interactive Product)
We’re an independent creative + growth agency pitching a new AI-driven entertainment platform launching across iOS, Android (Google Play), Mac desktop, and hardware. We’re looking for an experienced mobile growth strategist / performance lead who can:1️⃣ Help us shape the iOS + Android strategy for the pitch deck,2️⃣ Launch and manage early Apple Search Ads / Google App Campaigns, and3️⃣ Partner with us and the client post-pitch to optimize, learn, and scale.This role starts as a contract engagement for the pitch phase, with the potential to continue through full launch. About the Project:Our client is developing a new category of AI-powered interactive content — think intelligent, responsive digital experiences that blur the line between entertainment, productivity, and creativity. The ecosystem includes:A Mac desktop app (live now),Upcoming iOS and Android apps, andA hardware product with a waitlist funnel. We’re building a full-funnel go-to-market plan across these surfaces — and need a strategist who can bring real-world app growth expertise to it.Your Role (Three Phases):Phase 1 – Pitch Strategy (Immediate Need)Collaborate with our team to help answer key strategic questions:iOS & Android launch approachApple Search Ads (ASA) and Google UAC architectureKeyword discovery when no existing search volume existsApp Store & Play Store creative testing (CPPs, screenshots, preview videos)Using Mac learnings to de-risk iOS and AndroidPrioritization across Mac, mobile, and hardwareDecision-making when test results are mixed30-day test/learn planDeliverable: a short written doc or 2–3 slides outlining your POV and structure.Phase 2 – Launch & ExecutionSet up and run initial ASA and UAC campaigns. Build keyword and creative testing loops. Collaborate with our creative team to produce app store assets (CPPs, screenshots, preview videos). Phase 3 – Optimization & ReportingContinuously optimize campaigns for performance and learning. Build light weekly reports and insights for client + internal team. Recommend scaling, creative iterations, and cross-platform adjustments (Mac → iOS → Android). Ideal Candidate:Proven experience running mobile user acquisition across iOS (ASA + ASO) and Android (UAC + Play Store ASO).Strong understanding of creative testing, SKAN frameworks, CPP mapping, and attribution. Comfortable building growth strategies for new or undefined categories. Clear communicator — can simplify and visualize complex growth ideas. Bonus: experience across cross-platform or hybrid hardware + app ecosystems. Scope & Timeline:Phase 1 (Pitch): Deliverables within 5 days. Phase 2 (Launch): Begins immediately post-selection. Phase 3 (Optimize): Ongoing partnership through early growth phase.
