This is an ongoing application for review against a variety of sold consulting engagements.RequirementsWhat We Look For• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an Agile role (e.g., Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach). • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Agile/SAFe transformations. • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and practices. Certifications• Required: SAFe certification (e.g., SPC). • Desired:• Agile Coaching: ICP-ACC or CSC/CEC. • Change Management: ACMP CCMP. • Project Management: PMP or PMI-ACP. Coaching & Soft Skills• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.• Strong facilitation abilities for large groups and complex events. • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. • High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy. Technical & Business Acumen• Proficiency with enterprise Agile tools (e.g., Jira Align, Azure DevOps). • Strong systems thinking and an understanding of organizational dynamics. • Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and value stream mapping.
