Engagement Summary:We're seeking a Zoho Configuration Analyst to configure a net new Zoho One environment to manage our Lead → Quote → Contract → Delivery → Invoice process. Our business is a professional services firm focused on healthcare cloud consulting, with both milestone/fixed fee and subscription-based managed services billing models. The ideal candidate will recommend and implement an efficient, minimally customized solution using mostly standard Zoho tools, with a strong emphasis on sales and marketing operations best practices.Job Title:Zoho Configuration Analyst – Sales & Marketing Operations (Contract)Location:Remote (U.S.-based preferred)Engagement Type:Contract | Immediate Start | Duration based on project scopeOverview:We are a professional services firm specializing in healthcare cloud consulting seeking an experienced Zoho Configuration Analyst to stand up and configure our net new Zoho One environment. This consultant will design, configure, and optimize our Lead to Quote to Contract to Delivery to Invoice process using Zoho's native tools and best practices.You’ll work directly with leadership to understand business goals and deliver a system that is scalable, easy to maintain, and provides actionable visibility through dashboards and reports across our sales funnel and service delivery pipeline. Key Responsibilities:-Analyze business needs and recommend optimal use of Zoho One apps to support the full customer journey:Lead → Discovery → Quote → Contract → Service Delivery → Invoicing-Configure core modules including:--Zoho CRM (leads, deals, contact/account management, workflows)--Zoho Books (invoicing, milestone billing, subscription billing)--Zoho Projects or Zoho Desk (to tie delivery milestones to invoicing triggers)--Zoho Sign (for contracting workflows)--Zoho Campaigns (for email marketing and lead nurturing)--Zoho Analytics (for reporting, KPI dashboards)-Recommend whether to use Zoho CPQ, Zoho Flow, or Deluge scripting based on project complexity.-Implement webinar tracking (e.g., Microsoft Teams integration) to capture event participation and track conversions from attendee → lead → opportunity. -Build sales and marketing dashboards in Zoho Analytics, including:--Lead conversion rates--Pipeline stage aging--Quote-to-close ratios--Time-to-invoice tracking--Webinar ROI and lead attribution-Minimize customization by leveraging standard Zoho objects and features wherever possible. -Provide documentation and training to internal users post-implementation.Qualifications:-Proven experience implementing Zoho One in a professional services or consulting business context-Deep understanding of sales and marketing operations best practices-Hands-on configuration experience with Zoho CRM, Books, Projects/Desk, Sign, Campaigns, and Analytics-Strong ability to create workflow automations, dashboards, and integrated systems with minimal customization-Bonus: Experience with Zoho CPQ, Zoho Flow, or webinar integrations (MS Teams)Preferred Traits:-Strategic mindset with ability to offer best-practice recommendations-Detail-oriented with an eye for process optimization-Strong communicator and trainer for post-deployment support-Able to move quickly without sacrificing long-term maintainabilityStart Date:ASAP Apply tot his job
